4th person in sofa bed/single bed: € 10,00 per night to be added to the 3rd person.
A tourist tax of € 1 per person and per night (children under 14 of age are not included) is to be added to the stay fee.

General conditions:
All apartments are for a maximum of 4 people (including children). Possible fifth person only in extra bed or baby cot with supplement of € 12,00 per day.
The prices of the apartments include bed linen, table cloth, towels, bathrobe (2 per apt), pool towels, courtesy line and final cleaning (basin not included) all utilities, parking, air cond., heating. The apartments are cleaned with linen change in the middle of the stay only for stays of at least 12 nights. For stays of at least one week, towels are also changed mid-week. For shorter stays, cleaning is not provided and bed linen is changed only upon request for a fee.
On request Baby Kit including baby bed with sheets and towels, changing mat, baby bath, high chair/children’s chair, bottle warmer € 12,00 per day.
Extra:
possible extra-request for complete cleaning of the apartment with linen change € 50,00; further bed linen change € 15,00 per double bed, € 10,00 per single bed, € 8,00 per towel (2 large, medium), € 3,00 per pool towel.
Mountain bike rental directly on site € 12,00 per day, € 6,00 for half a day. Horse guest accommodation in box € 30,00 per day.
A confirmation deposit of 20% of the final sum is requested upon confirmation that it will not be returned in the cancellation of the stay. The balance of the stay will be paid directly to the farm holiday upon arrival. In case of cancellation within 10 days from the date of the beginning of the stay as well as in case of no show or early departure the customer will be required to pay the full amount of the stay.
Smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartments.
Minimum stay: 7 nights with arrival on Friday, on Saturday or Sunday. Shorter stays than those indicated, only on request.
Check-in: 16:00 – 20:00. Check-out: by 10:00.
